Hello
my name is James Lester (aged 9). I stayed
at La Mariposa Polo Farm. It was fantastic
because Mariano is a great teacher and
he gave me his best horse. Bubba made
me feel special and I never went hungry,
she is a really good card player. The
grooms included me in their lunch and
were great fun to be with. I want to go

We
arrived at La Mariposa as guests in December
2004 and after 2 weeks we left as good
friends and having experienced a holiday
we will remember for the rest of our lives.
Mariano's coaching style is relaxed and
casual, and suits beginners to medium
goal players. The accommodation is typically
Argentinian, separate living, very clean
and "homey". The hospitality
is what really sets La Mariposa apart
from any other holiday I have had. If
you want to meet someone, buy something,
or visit somewhere, Mariano's answer is
always "No problem, we can do that".
If you are after an enjoyable, relaxing,
Argentine, polo holiday, I can not provide
any stronger recommendation than La Mariposa.
